Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DoneDeal Azusa Roofing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

DoneDeal Azusa Roofing provides professional roofing services including repair, replacement, installation, inspection, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We also offer emergency roofing services and gutter services.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates and quotes provided by DoneDeal Azusa Roofing are based on visual inspection and available information at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if additional work or materials are required once the project begins.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We will notify you of any changes to the scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with industry-standard warranties on labor and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service performed.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. We are not responsible for defects in materials but will work with manufacturers to resolve any issues covered under their warranties.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to your property and roof for our crew and equipment. Please remove vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that may obstruct our work.

You must disclose any known issues with your roof or property that may affect our work. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in additional charges or void warranties.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

Liability and Insurance

DoneDeal Azusa Roofing carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or damage resulting from acts of nature after our work is completed.

In the unlikely event of damage to your property during our work, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work in good faith to address any problems.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
